Momentum Hotels Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in March 2005 with a vision to provide professional, end-to-end consultancy services to the hospitality industry. Since its inception, the company has worked across a wide range of projects including hotels, resorts, corporate guest houses, restaurants, villas and other hospitality developments.
Over the years, Momentum Hotels has developed expertise across the complete hospitality project lifecycle—from feasibility studies, market analysis and concept development to planning, design coordination, technical services, procurement, project management and pre-opening operations.
Our experience extends beyond hospitality. The company has also provided consultancy and development support for hospitals, medical colleges, corporate offices and other commercial facilities, bringing hospitality-oriented planning and operational expertise to diverse environments.

At the heart of Momentum Hotels is Mr. Kartavya Shukla, a hospitality professional with over 34 years of experience across hotel development, project planning, finance, technical services and operations.
Throughout his career, Mr. Shukla has played a key role in the development and commissioning of some of India’s most distinguished hospitality projects, including Oberoi Udaivilas, Oberoi Amarvilas, Oberoi Vanyavilas, Wild Flower Hall, Trident Gurgaon, Trident Agra, Crowne Plaza Gurgaon and Grand Hyatt Delhi.
His extensive experience across the entire hospitality project lifecycle forms the foundation of Momentum Hotels’ approach—combining strategic planning, technical expertise, financial understanding and operational practicality to help clients create successful hospitality businesses.
From landmark hotel projects to independent hospitality developments, Mr. Shukla brings decades of hands-on industry knowledge to every project.
